Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. In the event of a data breach, all our registered users will be contacted within 72 hours with notification of which data has been lost, as well as instructions on what to do about it. Our first priority in such a situation is to close the security hole in order to create the least possible data loss for the users.

Analytical data is archived indefinitely in order to see and follow our online growth and improve our activity. Our customer purchase archives are archived based on current Danish legislation.

We use a firewall that notifies us at any time if our security has been breached – whether this is via a break in the firewall or a password breach – then we are notified as soon as possible, after which we can take care of the situation.
